In the backorund you find the life changer and uplifter Ramanda Andersson.
I am a coach, speaker and a certified Life Coach®.
I love seeing people realize, dream and grow.
I grew up around competitive sports myself, where I purposefully worked goal-oriented to the top by training until I was 19 years old. My sport was alpine skiing. This was followed by my own growth journey towards a fulfilling and meaningful life that I now am happy to say I enjoy every day.
Sports gave me a really good lunch to succeed in life. I learned patience, dreaming, and how important it is to do things for your dreams. For six years I trained young competing alpine skiers, during which I also studied the profession of sports masseur, and educated my self further as a coach.
My career as an entrepreneur started as a coach and keeping my own practise as a masseus. Until my interest in the person as a whole took me to expand my skills and I studied to become a sertified LCF Life Coach in Valmentamo in 2018.
Each of us has our own dreams and our own potential to give to ourselves and this world. I want to help everyone who wants to have a more fulfilling, healthier and happier life experience. I want to help people get rid of old emotional and thought patterns that prevent new opportunities from entering life. Each of us deserves to experience meaningfulness and joy, and it is POSSIBLE for everyone of us.
My way of working is very gentle and respectful. Everyone has their own story to tell and their own dreams ahead. I want to create a space where everyone knows and feels they are enough as they are, and a space where inner desires and dreams can enter surface and become seen. I also give people the tools to make those DREAMS come true.
When we dare to dream and learn how our thoughts, feelings, and actions shape the future, everyone has the opportunity to create a life for themselves in which we can truly prosper and enjoy our life experience. A life where we experience inner purpose, joy and happiness every day.
I got to completely rebuild my life after sports. I had not given any room for any other opportunity than the life of a professional athlete until my body and our economycal situation forced me to quit my true desire, sports. At this moment in my life I got the opportunity to stop, start looking for my true self, give birth to new dreams, and with the courage sport had given me, I also learned to find my dreams and make my dreams come true. I learned to look for answers and find what I was looking for.
Today, I enjoy the freedom of being an entrepreneur, deciding my own schedules and working on things that truly are meaningul to me. I also enjoying long summer vacations and shorter trips all year-round. I have just spent a second year just enjoying life and exploring new directions for myself, a year where there was no alarm clock present at all. I have learned to trust life and know that it always carries us where we need to go. I have realized that pushing doesn’t make things happen, but enjoying and trusting life opens up an incredibly BEAUTIFUL LIFE to live. I am also grateful to every mentor and coach I have dared to receive and have had the oppotunity to work with, they have always brought a new perspective and seeds of growth from which I have learned. No one can succeed alone.
My way of creating is very gentle and respectful. If you want more joy and simplicity in your life and you are ready to indulge in a journey that will take you towards meaningfulness, more energy and the life of your true dreams and goals, this is definitely the place to make those things reality in your own life!
With love,
Ramanda Andersson

For me, this retreat was really necessary. I dared to “break” safely and appear as my own self. Outwardly I was the one who always takes care of all, organizes and stacks up. I am afraid of losing control, losing my face, losing my own self, in front of others. I have experienced, that my lifeblood is helping others. So I’ve been wasting myself all these years. Instructors with the same background and understanding my situation, as well as professional knowledge and skills, gently supported me through this retreat experience. I had to let go of my own control and receive. I had to learn to accept, instead. that I always give to others. This was a new situation, but unifying and liberating. Now I think I don’t need to run and please anyone, I can stop and listen more to what I need myself.
Lotta and Niina were present to us in a wonderful way as instructors of the retreat. I had the courage to open up to them, and the whole group just as I am and come with the deepest wounds visible. Tears came to shed in almost every exercise that seemed to heal in a safe atmosphere. Peer support was an important part of the retreat. The exercises were a good portion of dismantling and empowerment. Many of them challenged me and took me heavily into discomfort. At the retreat, I also had wonderful remedial experiences of what parental acceptance and love can feel like what has been missing from my childhood. I also learned tools that allow me to continue working on emotions after a retreat. At the retreat, a burst of shame and trauma energy got out of myself. I now better recognize my own boundaries and can talk better about my feelings and needs. After the retreat, it has felt easier to be myself and trust others.
This retreat was necessary for me to work on my own feelings of anger. Accepting myself and accepting my parents as they are, remembering and strengthening this insight. The instructors ’throwing themselves into the exercises and participating in the process made the atmosphere of the retreat safe and transparent. I feel inner joy, lightness, and increased confidence in myself and my entire life.
